1. Agreement & Platform Acceptance

Welcome to XTRANSACTIA. By accessing our platform, purchasing cloud hosting slots, or distributing digital assets, software licenses, or web services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. Digital Goods, Hosting & Store Ownership Policy

Merchants may register and configure stores to deliver web hosting services, digital software keys, and cloud infrastructure.

• Store Domain Uniqueness & Non-Repurchase Rule: Each store is registered to a unique website home URL and base domain. Once a website domain is registered by a user, it cannot be repurchased, re-registered, or claimed by another merchant account.
• Slot Allocations: Store slots purchased or claimed grant lifetime rights to operate a digital store under the registered domain name.
• Automated License Key Distribution: Digital assets and software keys issued via the platform are subject to end-user license agreements (EULA).

3. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Uptime

XTRANSACTIA maintains a 99.99% operational uptime target for all high-performance NVMe cloud nodes and automated licensing infrastructure. Routine maintenance windows will be posted on the merchant dashboard prior to execution.

4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Merchants must not utilize the platform for illegal activities, unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material, phishing, malware deployment, or fraudulent store creation. Violations will lead to immediate account suspension and cancellation of active store slots.

5. Account Security & API Credentials

Merchants are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their portal login credentials, store app keys, and secret API keys. Any action performed using your merchant API key is deemed authorized by you.

6. Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of XTRANSACTIA services following updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms & Conditions.
